By opting in to receive SMS messages from Barkhouse, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
The Barkhouse SMS program provides text messages related to your relationship with Barkhouse, including but not limited to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Daycare, boarding, and grooming updates
- Reservation confirmations and account notifications
- Important operational updates, including holiday hours and service changes
- Promotional offers, special events, and marketing communications
- Customer service communications including updates on your dog’s stay
Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Barkhouse text message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us directly via email or in person.
If you previously opted out and would like to receive Barkhouse text messages again, you may opt back in by signing up through one of our opt-in forms or by replying START to a previous Barkhouse message.
